The Application Process

Registration

Click on the Apply Online button to be made available once admission process starts and make the registration of your ward.

Please note
Registration is the application for seeking admission at our school and does not guarantee admission.

Uploading Documents

Upload all the necessary documents securely through the portal as per the guidelines provided in the documentation section below.

Shortlisted candidates

The shortlisted candidates will be given the slots for Parent Teacher and Student Teacher Interaction via the email provided .

Please note
No request for any change of dates for interaction will be entertained.

Selection List

The selection list of the students will be published on our website and the time slots for completion of their admission formalities will be shared via email.

Please note:
The admission forms will be provided against the Admit cards / Interaction Slips of the selected students

Completion Of Formalities

Parent shall receive a mail from R.P. School, Malla Bagh confirming the admission of his / her child

Completion

Your Child is ready to join the School.

Minimum Age Criteria for different grades as on 31st October of each academic session.

3+ but less than 4 Years
LKG
4+ but less than 5 Years
UKG
5+ but less than 6 Years
Grade 1
6+ but less than 7 Years

List of documents required to be uploaded along with the Registration Form for NURSERY

  • DOB Certificate issued by Municipal corporation. In case of areas beyond municipal limits, DOB issued by concerned Police Station.
  • Immunization Card.
  • Both Parents individual passport size photographs.
  • Child's passport size photograph.
  • In case of sibling in the same branch, keep the student Id of your ward ready.
  • Blood group of your child.

General Instructions

  • Only those girl children are eligible for registration whose D.O.B falls within the criteria decided by the School Management. i.e. Children born Between 01-Oct-2017 and 30-September-2018
  • Registration does not imply admission, which is subject to interaction procedure and availability of seats
  • Please ensure you have a correct and functional email and you register via same email because your username and password etc will be sent to this email.
  • It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*) is red.
  • The submission of registration form involves various steps starting from personal details to payment of registration fee and all steps need to be completed before the final submission.
  • Date of Interaction will be mentioned in the Admit Card / Interaction Slip and mailed to you shortly after submission of the Application Form.
  • The Management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters related to admission.
